It’s National Pina Colada day.
You know what I once had a kid tell me there favourite drink was a Pina Colada and then when I asked where they drank that, she said ‘at home’.
Every time I’m helping neutralise someone’s pelvis and ‘not to spill their drink’ I just can’t help but giggle at that memory 🍹

I’m just shouting out to anyone who’s feeling a bit lonely.
Being a dance teacher is lonely; being surrounded by kids but maybe no one are own age for hours on end. Attempting to explain to normal people our schedule. Being the only one running a studio. Driving for hours here there and everywhere.
I get it, I’ve been there. But my task for you today is to book something in the diary that’s means you get the chance to be less lonely.
Book a fitness class, meet a friend. Or if you really want book a call with me and we can have a good old natter/sort out your dance teacher problems one by one!

Happy Independence Day to all my US friends and followers 🇺🇸
I adore the fact that I get to take the MTPAS dancers to NYC every other year on a career development trip. ( I miss my time living there a lot)
And you know what I love even more being able to my baby girls with us and they get to be inspired by a bunch of teenagers who are the best role models.
