Just so you know what I'm up to these days :-)

That's a wrap for this week :-)

I absolutely love teaching online. I never thought I'd say that!

For 8 years I shied away from the camera but since covid came along, and Zoom became a thing of the norm, I've been online.

I've now got a catalogue of over 200 full practice videos (!!)

I love seeing everyone - chatting before practice & after and I love the post yoga sweaty faces :-)

I feel honoured that I get a peek inside someone's living room, or bedroom, or hallway or kitchen. And I'm always blown away by how little room people need to roll out their mat and practice yoga.

I'm always filled with joy to see the children or pets getting involved.

At the end of practice today, somebody mentioned it was exactly a year ago today that they first came to Blooming Bamboo and took their first ever yoga class. He has stayed with Blooming Bamboo throughout the pandemic, turning up several times a week to practice and in summer came along to our outdoor yoga. It's an honour to help people on their yoga journey. And this makes me feel so much joy and immense gratitude for what I do for a living.

Today I'm feeling the yoga love and above all feeling super grateful that we've been able to maintain connection throughout this pandemic.

I simply can't imagine life without technology. Can you?

I'm grateful for technology... in particular electricity, telephones, mobile phones, computers, internet, facebook, instagram, whatsapp, zoom, google, wordpress...to name a few things!!

One day we'll be back in person for sure, but until then are you keeping your practice up?
