We're not training for a marathon - we run for fun at a conversational pace, with a coach at the front and back so nobody is left behind. Each week we do a 5k and we have the option for a 3k too!

Once a month we do a 'Pub Run' too - alcohol not compulsory, just a great way to hang with the gang and make new friends!
