The rain never dampens our spirits at Mile End parkrun!

We also raised £455 (total of £515) for Macmillan Cancer Support for Alex’s cake sale as part of his marathon fundraising. A huge thank you to all bakers and to those who donated 🙏

Hi everyone, a couple of things to improve our accessibility:

1a. We have at least one guide runner willing to volunteer occasionally, anyone else want to volunteer?

1b. Are you a visually impaired runner and would like a guide runner to assist?

2. Anyone know British Sign Language and able to assist during our first timers/RD announcements?

Mile End leisure stadium has a vending machine with refreshments and a tap to top up water. Forno is also close by for a well earned ice coffee 👌
