Yesterday's results. Goals galore as SBC regain the Watson - Roberts Trophy in dramatic fashion and a big win for the 6s.

WATSON-ROBERTS TROPHY

The 2s game back from 2-0 down after 10 mins to win 5-4 against Old Blues 1s, a late winner from Troy Thomas. A brace each from Troy Thomas and Livio Bergamin and one from Josh Farley.

The 6s won 6-1 against Old Blues 2s/3s. Luke Shipley, Rhys Morcombe, James Smith (2), Joe McCabe's first for the club and Josh John's 30 yard free kick worldie or 30 yard cross which went in (to be confirmed).

The day's early KO saw the 3s draw 4-4 with Alleyn Old Boys 3s. Cori Jones scoring his first and second goals for the club, Jack Onslow getting his first and one from Malik Ellis.

The 6s won 5-0 v Wandsworth Borough 4s. Cam Deer, Daniel Francis, Sam Murphy, Adeola Rasaki and OG.

One of our favourite pre-season matches as we welcome our friends at Old Blues for the Watson-Roberts trophy 2026, playing SBC 2s and 5s.

The 3s and 6s also in action against Alleyn Old Boys 3s and Wandsworth Borough 4s.

5 SBC teams in pre-season action tomorrow with 4 in action against Civil Service Football Club as we pay tribute to Seb Chadwick and Giles Wane.

Lots of football and no doubt many a post match glass raised to remember two club stalwarts and much missed members of Civil Service FC.

Yesterday's preseason scores:

The 1s won 4-0 v Old Meadonians 2s. Tony Dolan, Javanie Palmer, Angel Gode and Max Donegan.

The 3s shared the Ralph Salter Trophy following a 1-1 draw with RSA. Andrew Warne.

The 4s lost 1-2 v Old Wilsonians 4s. A first for the club for Tim Whitehead.

The 5s lost 1-3 v a strong HSBC XI. Yemi Babson.

The 6s lost 1-6 v a very good City of London 2s side. A screamer from Daniel Francis.

A solid set of results and once again, lots of promising new faces in today's preseason matches.

The 2s won 3-2 v Burgess Park. A debut goal from Livio Bergamin's fine finish, Perre Heath and a late winner from Josh 'Fantasy' Farley.

The 4s drew 1-1 with Merton 1s despite dominating the game. Tom Dunne with the goal.

The 6s won 3-1 v Merton 2s. A first goal for the club from Cyril Appiagyei, Sam Murphy and Sid Bakare

The 7s won 2-0 v Merton 3s. A fine double from Danny O'Flynn.
