With IFBB Comp Season creeping up (abit too quickly) I always take time to reflect on the past year. Not so much for self-awareness of my own journey, but that of my clients.
Since opening my clinic doors in New Zealand after stepping back for some time back in London, I’ve found myself looking at how far the humans that have stepped foot in the clinic have come.
From new parents raising their first child, survivors of cancer, people using their passion towards mental health to fuel a better future, competitors shooting for their pro cards, the list goes on.
It’s honestly the best feeling to not just help people in my jobs respect, but to see people shoot for their goals, progress mentally, spiritually, financially and physically. My time is limited with all of you, whether you see me weekly, fortnightly, once a month or every so often! So to see you all attack your goals and show off your achievements will always be at the forefront of why I fu***ng love my job.
These five are just a few of my team heading on stage very shortly, all have been with me for some time now, I have every bit of confidence in each one of them.
Seeing them all work through tough careers, rough times, moving houses, planning weddings, sleep deprivation, the list goes on - yet still showing up everyday (and bringing a coffee or average banter to the clinic 😉) I couldn’t be prouder to be part of your journey 🖤💀
