🏆 Upcoming Competition & Hot Weather Update ☀️
We are very much looking forward to our upcoming competition and are excited to see all of our gymnasts perform after weeks of hard work and preparation.
Due to the very hot weather forecast for tomorrow and Wednesday, we advise all gymnasts to attend training wearing a t-shirt and shorts rather than their normal leotards. This will help everyone stay as comfortable as possible while training safely in the heat.
We are hoping the weather will be much cooler next week. However, if temperatures remain exceptionally high, we will keep everyone updated regarding suitable training clothing.

Their first external competition? Nailed it. 💥
Last month, 16 of our incredible gymnasts stepped onto the floor and vault stage for the very first time. Competing against 4 other clubs and a massive field of over 150 gymnasts, they absolutely blew us away with their determination, confidence, and pride.
The most mind-blowing part? Every single gymnast placed between 1st and 6th in their categories! 🏆
Our final medal haul:
🥇 7 Gold
🥈 7 Silver
🥉 10 Bronze

A huge congratulations to our Gymflix Gymnastics Club gymnasts on an incredible achievement at their very first external competition last weekend.
Competing against 4 other clubs and in a field of over 150 gymnasts, our 16 gymnasts represented the club with determination, confidence, and pride. Even more impressive, every single gymnast placed between 1st and 6th in their categories — a fantastic result for a first competition experience.
