Results

A mixed bag of a weekend with good wins for the Men’s 2s, 5s and Academy 1s but tough losses elsewhere. However, the highlight of the weekend was the Women’s 1s making the National QF. Defending a modest 116 (reached thanks to a 23 run last wicket stand by Mya and Edie), they bowled and fielded brilliantly to defend it, including taking a wicket off the final ball with effectively 1 run to win for Gunnersbury.

The Spencer U12 Viper Boys won the toss and with only 10 players elected to field. Limiting Cheam to 103, the boys reached 104 in only 10 overs. It was an epic Sunday in July, despite the serious faces! Well done boys!!
