Personal and Business coach, for the woman who wants to re-organise her life.

Self-care and self-investment are not the same thing, and TikTok has blurred that line for all of us. A candle regulates your nervous system for an evening. Coaching rebuilds the identity underneath it. If you’re ready for the second one, that’s what The Reset is for. Link in bio.

A good week and a good life are not the same thing, and you know it, you just haven’t had space to say it out loud. That’s what 1:1 coaching is actually for. Not another framework. A room where the truth gets to come out. The Reset is open, link in bio.

Haven’t posted in a few days, not strategic, just genuinely too busy celebrating the people in my life and catching up with an old friend I hadn’t seen in ages.

Back today: hair done, food shop, work, reading, a proper dinner.

Realised the old me would’ve treated that gap as a failure. Scarcity thinking says a gap is a disaster. Abundance thinking says it’s just a gap, and showing back up is what actually counts.

Where have you been treating a normal gap like it was a failure? 💸

You’ll pay for anything that keeps you functioning. The thing you won’t pay for is the thing that would actually change your life.

That’s not a money problem, that’s a worth problem and it’s the first thing we work on together in The Reset. DM me “RESET” if this hit different.

Today’s theme was cycle syncing, so I actually sat down and worked out where I am for once, tail end of follicular, about to head into ovulation.

Explains a lot, looking back. Finished all my work early, did a food shop of all the good snacks, and took my baby nieces on a spontaneous picnic.

That’s not “dragging myself through the day” energy. That’s “let’s go actually do something” energy.
Cycle syncing was never really about the food an app tells you to eat, it’s understanding why you feel the way you feel, instead of being confused by it.

Do you know what phase you’re in right now? 🧺

Today’s ritual wasn’t skincare, it was the gym, a proper homemade chilli instead of the easy option, and healthy snacks all day instead of whatever was closest.

Realised a ritual was never really about the products anyway. It’s the consistency, showing up for yourself in the same small way, day after day, because you’ve decided you’re worth the effort.

Same care, different room.
What’s the ritual you’re doing today that isn’t skincare, but is still you looking after you? 🍲

The lifestyle isn’t the problem. The identity underneath it is. If “one more year” has been your plan since before the pandemic, that’s not a savings strategy that’s a stalling tactic. Inside The Reset we actually name what you’re waiting for permission to do. Link in bio if you’re ready to stop waiting.

Day 32: craft market, a lot of walking, found a book, another market, food, wine. Not one bit of a bedtime routine filmed today.

Realised the best sleep doesn’t actually start at 10pm, it starts hours earlier, with actually using your day properly instead of sitting still through it. Tonight’s sleep is basically already earned.

What did you do today that’s setting you up for good sleep without even trying? 😴

Burnout isn’t just doing too much. I need you to hear that. 🔥
Because if you’ve been telling yourself to just rest more, sleep more, take a break and come back refreshed and it’s still not working it’s because rest wasn’t the root problem.

Burnout is what happens when you spend too long doing too much of the wrong things. When the life you’re living is deeply misaligned with the values underneath it, and your body and mind eventually stop pretending they’re okay with it.

For a lot of women in corporate, what’s actually happening underneath the exhaustion is grief. Grief for an identity that once fit the driven one, the capable one, the one who had it all together that quietly stopped feeling true. But letting go of that identity feels dangerous, because it’s been the whole brand. It’s how people know you. It’s how you know you.

So you keep going. Until you can’t.

The way out isn’t a holiday. It’s reconnecting to who you actually are underneath the role. What you actually value. What you actually want. That’s the work. And yes, rest is part of it but it’s not the whole answer, and deep down you already knew that.

If this is you right now you’re not broken. You’re just ready. 💛

Bumped into a friend on the train completely by chance, met another for lunch, walked to the park for ice cream, then found a third friend later for a wander round a market, wine first, cookies after, because balance clearly wasn’t the goal today.

Didn’t go near a gym. Moved more than I have in ages, honestly, because I was walking towards people I wanted to see, not a step count.

Turns out that’s what joyful movement actually feels like nobody has to convince you to walk somewhere good.

When did you last move your body just because you wanted to be somewhere? 🍦🍷🍪
