This doesn’t look much but it was lovely. Plus it was massively nutrient dense.
Sweet potato with 5% mince, cottage cheese, chopped onions, tomatoes & a drizzle of lemon.

WE TERMINATED THESE ICE CREAMS IN ABOUT 15 SECONDS.
I went down a scroll hole on Instagram last night.
The level of bu****it I see & read on here never ceases to amaze me & it seems to be getting worse.
Be mindful where you get your information from.
Just because a fitness influencer has loads of followers. That doesn’t mean what they are saying is true.

FRIDAY 💪🏻 ☀️.
Here is an exercise you do not often see in the gym that I absolutely love. The cable pullover is an exercise that targets the latissimus dorsi (lats) in your upper back while engaging your core muscles.
Put the pulley at the top. Use a straight bar or a rope.
Grab the handle. Step back a few feet. Push your hips back and lean your torso forward slightly.
Get a deep stretch by letting your arms extend up toward the anchor point so your biceps line up near your ears.
Keep your arms almost entirely straight. Drive your elbows down and back to sweep the bar toward your upper thighs.
Slowly control the weight back to the starting position as you feel the stretch in your lats.
It has been just over 3 weeks since I had the rituximab infusion & I feel its starting to take affect.
I feel a little more energised in my day to day life. I can move around easier, my mental clarity seems a bit better & I feel a little stronger in the gym too 💪🏻.
I hope it works for the next 6 months as I am almost off every medication & will be solely relying on this now every 6 months. This is unknown territory for me as i have been on my meds since becoming unwell 11 years ago.
A few snippets from yesterday’s full body workout at home. I had to wait in for a builder to come over to deliver some bad news that all of our patio probably needs to be replaced 😭.
It’s days like that. That working out keeps me mentally stable 😄.
PS I know my squat depth isn’t as low as what others do but having Myasthenia Gravis means I struggle to get much lower whilst feeling comfortable doing so & being pain free 💪🏻.
