Chest & back. Followed by 8 rounds of circuits.

This was the first time doing assisted pull ups for Isabella.

She did a great job despite being a bit nervous.

We managed 8 reps. The next session we will try to aim for 8-10. Once weโ€™ve achieved that. We can then start to reduce the weight on the machine.

Claire wanted to get in shape for her summer holiday.

She was already training but needed a little boost.

2 sessions a week. Claire increased her strength by around 20-30% on every lift & looked a lot better too.

Goal achieved ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป.

Well done to my client Jason. He lost an amazing 19kg /42lbs over 12 weeks.

I am very proud of him & glad to see all of the hard work paid off.

He struggled at first but was persistent with his training & made a conscious effort to change his overall lifestyle.

12 weeks of working together =

2 x gym sessions.Strength training with some conditioning โœ….

Overall NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis) increased. Meaning he made a conscious effort to walk more every day โœ….

Stuck to a calorie deficit almost every day over a period of 12 weeks โœ….

Ate a variety of foods. That allowed him to still have a social life โœ….

Making all the above sustainable for him long term.
