Thank you so much Swim England for giving me the opportunity to talk to these young people about following my dream to swim in the 2024 Olympics. I hope I inspired them as much as they inspired me. ❤️❤️🙏

The London legacy project in Haringey is a community engagement project which aims to reduce social isolation, get Londoners more active on the water and improve their mental health and physical well-being.

We aim to use the power of sport to showcase the value of swimming, by offering people free swimming assessments, the chance to learn to swim, do a swim teachers course, have a go at some of our aquatic sports or volunteer with a local clubs.

Finally after 3 years of training today I have broken the 30 barriers with new Personal Best of 29.60s for my 50m Freestyle!
Still lots to learn and can’t wait to see what is coming next.

The Olympic Games were postponed to 2021.
I am disappointed and feel so sorry for all those athletes who have been training all their lives for this event.
But it is the right decision and will ultimately save many lives ❤️
