⭐️How to I begin to say thank you?!⭐️

As I reflect on our CPE event, I am filled with inspiration and gratitude.

We had over 60 people from over 18 countries in attendance. Everyone gathered together for the purpose of learning mixed with camaraderie, respect, and love for each other and the work. The atmosphere was supportive, kind, and joyful.

It was truly an honour to host you all.

⭐️With Pilates studios popping up on every street corner, how do you ensure you are choosing the right teacher for you? ⭐️

- Pilates teachers should be in person trained, not just trained online.
- they should be part of a recognised and respected training school
- they should be working under mentors or instructors with 5 yrs experience minimum
- they should be doing CPE
- they should be fully insured
- they should still be studying Pilates (see previous post about Teachet’s needing teachers.

Ask the questions and be sure to make informed choices.
