My birthday month was a BIG one… we moved house, we socialised a lot, we tended night and day to our tiny helpless baby, I rode my bike as much as possible, and tried to lift some weights too!
Not sure how we fittted this all in. Need a holiday now !

Honestly I dieted hard for a few weeks to look fab for my first overseas holiday in a long time.
I’d been coasting for a year or so, and had no real motivation to lose any bodyfat.
I spend most of my days talking to other men about dieting so the whole idea has lost it’s shine a little 🧐
Quite a shock to the system, but it it felt good. It was nice to (barely) be noticed at the very straight and family focused resort 😆👌🏽
Drinking cocktails and beers by the pool was deffo a highlight, after NO alcohol for a long time!

We were so lucky to go to Fiji for 9 days and i had planned well in advance to ask to do me the honour.
What a wonderful location on and it’ll now be a very special place for us.
Thanks to and for the great company last week, and for being on hand for sneaky photos
