Two days. One team. Lots to look ahead to. 🙌
•
Today and tomorrow, we are together for our Autumn Development Days.
•
A chance to plan, prep, give thanks, learn, grow, laugh, enjoy being together and look ahead to everything the new term will bring.
There’s lots we’re excited about, and lots we’re praying about too.
Would you pray for us over these two days?
•
Autumn… we’re ready for you.

KICK is more than a workplace. ❤️
It’s a community. It’s people who genuinely care, who lift each other up, hold each other up, and want to see God do more.
This is what KICK means to us. 🙌

What a week at New Wine! ✝️🙌⚽️💃🏃
•
From football tournaments and dance workshops to serving volunteers, early morning runs and devotions, the KICK team have packed a lot into one week!
•
Over 550 young people took part in our activities, with 322 hearing a Gospel talk through our football tournaments.
•
But beyond the numbers, it’s been a week of conversations, connection, fun and sharing the love of Jesus with young people and families.
•
A huge thank you to the whole KICK team for serving so brilliantly.
•
What a week! ❤️

☀️ August’s KICK Value of the Month: PATIENCE
•
It’s summer. The sun is shining. The days are longer. And… apparently, we still have to practice being patient. 😂
•
Waiting for your turn.
Waiting to get better at something.
Waiting for the ice cream van… 🍦
•
Good things take time!
•
This August, we’re embracing patience - and enjoying the summer while we’re at it. ☀️

Competition is part of sport. But it doesn’t have to come at the expense of relationships.
•
Bukayo Saka and Noni Madueke have competed for the same position for England, yet their relationship has been marked by respect, encouragement and brotherhood.
And now that the World Cup is behind us, the lesson feels bigger than football.
•
What if we stopped seeing the people around us as competition and started seeing them as people we can encourage and build up?
That’s a challenge for all of us - on the pitch, in school, at work and in everyday life.
•
We loved this reflection from Andy Dutton in Premier Christianity magazine
