Little Lou's Bench

A lovely sunny day for the Bench which we decorated with the brightest of flowers & some from the garden followed by lunch at home. Ages ranged from 80s to 19 months. It was a wonderful way to remember our girl.

This year’s photos at the Bench. 13 years. A good turn out and a very jolly time on the pub! Even the Marathon man came out to toast LouLou.

Small but perfectly formed Bench group braved the freezing cold last night and then repaired to the pub where a few others joined.

Here we go again...
Now you see it now you don’t. With heavy heart I can report that, thanks to Camden’s contracting department who removed the bench from its fixings and left it outside the pub untethered, it has indeed been nicked. The engineering department at Camden is making sure it will be replaced as this was done without their consent

The Bench update. The truth has come out. Another Camden dept moved it in order to make cycle lanes. Not necessary at all but there you are. It is safe in a shed somewhere. Just getting a date for it to be reinstated.

Louise’s Bench is missing. Swipe to see where it was fixed. Our friend Nada saw it unfettered to the pavement and Camden checked it out and they then secured it. Now it is gone and I can’t get a response. Just hope it’s the builders who have put it somewhere safe. Not good news as so much memory invested in the bench.
