Our beginner adult classes are every Wednesdays and Fridays 6-7pm East Ham Leisure Centre 💪

Female-only, hijab-friendly judo events matter. 🥋💪 They create a safe, welcoming space where girls can train, compete and build confidence without worrying about judgement, modesty or mixed-gender contact. With 64% of girls dropping out of sport by their mid-teens, creating inclusive opportunities is more important than ever. Let’s make judo a sport where every girl feels she belongs. 💖🥋

Today we took a massive step towards that and ran our first female fighters festival! 🎉
