Swim lessons at Isleworth Leisure Centre are running to a different schedule this bank holiday. Check at centre for times.

Isleworth's teaching pool isn't your average swim session. Hydrohex brings HD virtual coaching straight to the poolside screen, synced music, clear instructions, and it runs on the same schedule every single week. No instructor booking needed, just turn up and get in.

Monday 11:30am – Core
Wednesday 11:45am – Move

Got a teen who needs something to do this summer? 💪 Junior Gym is running at Isleworth all summer long, ages 11 to 15, every week for 6 weeks.

It's a great way to build confidence, learn proper technique and stay active during the holidays, all in a space designed just for them.

And that's not the only thing on. Inflatables, crash courses, swim school and our Summer Holiday Activity and Food Camp are all running at Isleworth too.
