I want to thank my coach for putting so much time into our fight camp & giving me the directions i needed to hear in order to execute my game plan 🧩
I did my best to box & adjust when necessary but i can always give myself constructive criticism when needed as i watched the full footage- Really happy with how i performed but i know i can do better (as always 💪🏼)

From 86/88kg down to 72kg
Before anyone assumes this was an easy fix, i’ll put it more into perspective. Yes i’ve been able to lose my weight during my 2month fight camp and eat clean but my body was able to “shred” this fat ONLY because of the lifestyle that i have put my body through over the YEARS of training that i have been putting in as part of my lifestyle.
My body remembers how to train hard, it remembers the technique i have been drilling into it day in and day out. Long story short, don’t think about asking for “quick fixes” because this isn’t a quick fix. This is the simple results that i’ve earned over the years of training that i’ve had the luxury in embracing.
Live your life but don’t ever forget that your health comes first and taking care of your temple shouldn’t feel like a chore.
