Final Sals post for this year. πŸ’›πŸ¦…

Aslam was another SALs first timer competing in 400m and the mixed 4x400m relay. Christina was her usual multi eventer, entering 100mH, long jump, triple jump, discus and mixed 4x400m. Rico featured in the 800, 1500, and 2000mSC (wearing the much admired 67 bib) and Tim stepped up to his first pole vault competition where between him and Will, they won both the A and B Stream.

Southwark finished 4th out of 18 in the league which is pretty spectacular considering they only just went up to this division this season.

Welll done everyone! Thanks for coming, competing, getting PBs and trying new events. Same time next year! πŸ‘πŸ‘

The 4th and final SALs of the year. ‼️

A smaller team than at the others but those who came stepped up and did their stuff! πŸ’›πŸ–€
Featuring Vikki and Josh officiating, Kira at her first SALs this season (but did 4 meets worth of events in just this one) - high jump, pole vault, shot putt, discus, AND javelin! Jonny was there to concentrate on the sprints this time (100m and 200m) leaving Hareef and Vin to get the points in the long jump and triple jump. Miriam smashed the 100mH as usual and Camiesha was also there for her first Sals of the season competing in the 100m along with Tomi and Sade. πŸ‘
