Because have you seen the rain? Have you felt the temperature drop just a little bit in the last couple of days? It’s not that we don’t lovvvveeee summer, but we’re all ready for a little bit of a breather, right?

We’re warming up for a lovely little spike in temperature again over the next few days, but we’re still chic enough to make our way to the mat.

Sessions today: 5:30pm, 7pm
Sessions tomorrow: 7am, 12:30pm, 6pm, 7:30pm

SUMMER BINGO IS HERE 😍

On Monday 20 July we get started with our summer bingo, with fun prizes to be won across the next six weeks!

There’s also some exciting weekly bonuses challenges too - keep an eye out in studio for more info.

A couple of key points:
- you can only get one bingo stamp per visit - no doubling up! Unless you take part in the surprise weekly bonus challenges.
- we’ll share the weekly challenges in studio and on our stories
- most importantly, have fun! It’s a good way to try something different and we can’t wait to see you in the pod soon.

As we head into what feels like our 7th heatwave of the summer, here’s three reasons it’s good to keep coming to your hot yoga sessions even though the sun is shining ☀️

1. Consistency vs intensity - manage to make it to the mat regularly and it’s so much easier to maintain your practice, rather than ghosting us until the summer months have gone 👀
2. It’s not about the heat, it’s the intention. It’s how it helps you clear your head, gives you space to breathe and bring yourself back to your body.
3. Our Summer Bingo starts on Monday, and we’re so excited! Prizes to win, fun to be had and will you be crowned champion? Only time will tell. 🥇
