Join the Women’s Yoga Circle where we gather to practice yoga, connect to our natural cycle and deeply relax with the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowl and Drum...Every Friday from 11am-12.15pm at Bonnington Centre.

A wonderful festival coming up 30/7 until 4/8 at Critchill Manor Estate in Somerset - A place to learn, explore and practise Non Violent Communication with lots of workshops, fun, joy, laughter, nourishing food, glamping and so much more...and I’ll be running my yoga classes - Looking forward to seeing you all there!

In Spring I made my first Shamanic Drum with Steven and Renata Ash from Rainbow Medicine Circle.
I am grateful for their guidance and loving caring energy through the whole experience.
I use this drum at my yoga sessions to dive into the deeper state of meditation.

The bowl is one of the many instruments I use in my yoga classes.
