This is why 1 love what I do! ❤️

Yes, her bodv has changed... but that's only part of the story

Her posture has improved.
She stands taller.
She carries herself with confidence.
She'sstronger, fitter, and has built healthy habits that fit her life

That's what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes and focus on consistency instead 💫
If you're ready to feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in your own skin, my inbox is open. DM "Strong" and let's have a chat x

Stop training to be smaller.

Start training to become stronger.

She didn't come to me because she hated her body.
She came because she wanted to feel incredible in it.

Strong glutes.
A fit body.
More energy.
More confidence.
Feeling amazing in a bikini on holiday.

That's the goal.

No guilt for taking time for herself.
No punishing workouts.
No chasing the number on the scales.

Just building a body that supports the life she wants to live.

That's what we do here.

If you're ready to feel stronger, leaner, and genuinely confident in your own skin, send me GLOW. ✨

I'll do extra cardio so I can eat more." 😳

I hear this allllllll the bloody time!!

And I get why, it feels logical. 🤔

Calories in, calories out, right?

But here's what that mindset misses: your body isn't a spreadsheet. It's a nervous system that's always listening and that is not how it works peach!

When exercise becomes punishment for food, your body doesn't experience it as health, it experiences it as stress. And stress doesn't melt fat or build the body you want. It just adds to the pile...

You can't out train a bad relationship with food 💔

You can't cardio your way out of poor sleep, chronic stress, or a body running on fumes.

You can't cardio your way to balance overeating...

Real results come from working with your body, not against it.

It's full moon (tots into that) 🥳

And it's all about self-care.
How you talk to yourself
How you move
How you rest your body
How you handle stress

I teach all this as a holistic coach, and every single person's needs are different. We tailor to that.

We're all individual, and our goals need to be tweaked for "us."

And that's how everyone thrives and glows ✨

Want me to help you build yours this summer? Comment or DM me "GLOW" tell me a little about where you are, and we'll go from there.

I used to think rest was something i'd get to after. After the launch.
After the inbox was clear.
After i'd earned it.
Turns out "after" never comes.

Your body just forces the issue eventually, through the 3am wake-ups, the stress flares, the week where everything feels too much.

The women Iove never had to earn my care.
They just had it. I'd tell them to rest in a heartbeat.
Somehow i was the only exception to that rule.

If you're tired and properly tired, the kind sleep doesn't touch, this is your reminder!!!!

You don't have to earn the pause.

💌 If this hit a nerve, Yhe Glow Method is built for exactly this. 12 weeks to come back to yourself. Without the burnout cycle.

Three burnouts...

After years of overworking, saying yes to everyone, and pushing through, my nervous system was a wreck. and this year, my hair started falling out.

That was the moment I couldn't outrun anymore.
here's what no one tells you about burnout: it rarely looks like collapse!!
It looks like a woman who's still showing up.
Still smiling.
Still ticking every box.
It looks like eating constantly because you're so tired you think food will fix it.
Living on coffee and sugar trying to manufacture energy. sleeping eight hours and waking up wrecked.
Too exhausted to move your body, even though you know it would help.
Cancelling on friends, then feeling lonely.
Crying without knowing why. 💔

What i'm doing now isn't a protocol, its's slower than that.

→ more no's
→ daily breathwork before i'm in crisis, not after
→ wholefoods when i can, zero guilt when i can't
→ slow movement (and yes, screaming into a pillow when i need to)
→ one hour a day that's just mine — no earning it, no filling it with something productive

If you've been "on" for too long, SAVE this. come back to it!

Tou don't need more discipline, you need more permission to slow down.
