Hey Homies! We have an exciting update:

From Monday 7th September, we’re updating our adult evening and weekend class timetable. We listened to your feedback, and we’ve made some changes we think you’re going to love.

Here’s what’s changing:

✅ No more timing clashes between children’s and adult classes: we’ve separated start and end times to make changeovers smoother and easier.

✅ More efficient and targeted warm-ups and cool-downs: all of our regular classes will now run for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You’ll still get a full hour on the equipment, but warm-up and cool-down will now be 7 minutes each.

✅ Fuller, more vibrant classes: we’ve combined some of our sessions to ensure classes run consistently and are always full of energy.

Fear not! Pricing will stay the same and class passes will still be valid.

🔗 The new timetable will be linked in our bio, and class times on BSport will be up to date.

⚠️ Please do double-check your class start time, as it may have changed slightly!

These changes will be in effect from Monday 7 September.

Week One of Summer Circus Camps ✅

We’ve just finished our first week of Summer Circus Camps, and it’s been a BLAST!

Circus Campers had so much fun trying tightwire, cloud swing, lollipop, silks, trapeze, rope, and SO much more.

Last week we had the absolute joy of hosting for a workshop at My Aerial Home!

The brilliant Circus Starlight students took on flying trapeze, Spanish web, and chandelier, rising to the challenge with real courage and creating beautiful work. We hope to see you all again soon! ✨

Circus Starlight was founded by the wonderful Nikki – Nikki is  an MAH alumna who trained on several of our intensive courses here before going on to teach our children’s programme, and eventually founding her own school! We are so incredibly proud of her, and getting to work with her again felt very special.

Nikki is one of several MAH alumni who have gone on to found their own schools: we’re always so proud of them, and we love moments like this when they come back to collaborate or train with us. The My Aerial Home community never stops growing!

We believe aerial has a place in every performer’s training, and as a long-established training facility, we’re able to bring a huge breadth of experience to any collaboration. We offer a huge variety of training opportunities, from rigging courses to intensive training and speciality equipment, and we have something to enhance any performer’s training.

Whether you’re an aerial school, a performing arts college, a dance academy, or a circus company, we’d love to work with you. We create bespoke aerial programming that suits your students, from one-off workshops to week-long intensives to longer-term partnerships.

That’s a wrap on our July 2026 Dancers Intensive!

As always, we finish out the Dancers Intensive with a filming day where our students have the chance to capture professional video content for their showreels or portfolio. They perform their routines, implementing all their training over the past week, and receive direction and feedback on what casting directors are looking for from experienced industry professionals.
