お客さまと来年のロイヤルアスコット当日に、着ていくドレスにピッタリのお帽子をもとめてロンドンのウェストエンドへ。

ミレナー、ジェーン・テイラーのアトリエには、美しい彩り鮮やかなお帽子がたくさん展示されてありました。
ハロッズでは
ヴィヴィアン・シェリフ
ヴィクトリア・グラント
メゾン・ミシェル
などのお帽子も試着。

ドレスとお帽子だけでなく、
トータルにコーディネートするには
やはりハンドバッグやサングラスもピッタリ合わせたいですね。

目に留まったバッグは

そしてサングラスは

ラルフ・ローレンなど。
手にとって、実際試してみれば
似合うか、かけ心地はどうかが
一瞬でわかりますね。

ちなみにハービーニコルズの一階にある喫茶店、KURO COFFEE にはロンドンで一番、と思えるほどアイス抹茶ラテが美味しかったですよ！

Personal Shopping for Royal Ascot – Part 2
We headed to London’s West End in search of the perfect hat to complement my client’s dress for next year’s Royal Ascot.
At milliner Jane Taylor’s atelier, we were surrounded by an exquisite collection of beautifully crafted hats in a stunning array of colours. At Harrods, we had the opportunity to try on designs by Vivien Sheriff, Victoria Grant, and Maison Michel.
Creating the perfect Royal Ascot look is about much more than just the dress and hat. To complete the outfit, it’s important to find the right handbag and sunglasses as well.
We also visited Harvey Nichols and Peter Jones, where some of the standout handbags that caught our eye were by Christian Dior, Delvaux, and Prada.
For sunglasses, we explored styles from Chanel and Ralph Lauren.
Once you try them on, you’ll know instantly whether they suit you and how comfortable they are.
By the way, KURO COFFEE, the café on the ground floor of Harvey Nichols, serves in my opinion the best iced matcha latte in London!

毎年６月に開催される英国社交界を彩る競馬の祭典、ロイヤルアスコット。

念願のロイヤルアスコットに来年かぶるお帽子をもとめて、パーソナルショッピングにお連れしました。

まずご案内したのは、美しくて、ざんしんなお帽子をクリエートする英国のミレナー、ヴィクトリア・グランドさんのプライベートアトリエ。

ヴィクトリアさんとは何年か前に一度、お目に掛かったことがあって、これもご縁。ひとつひとつ、丁寧に検討し対応くださる、とっても暖かい方。

ドレスにあわせて色々なお帽子を試すことができて楽しい！それに自分の頭や好みにも合った絶品と出会えて最高に嬉しい❤️

ドレスとお帽子が決まったから、今度はアクセサリーなども求めてパーソナルショッピングが続きます。それは「パート2」で。

Every June, Royal Ascot transforms the British social calendar with one of the world’s most prestigious horse racing events.

In preparation for attending next year’s Royal Ascot, I took my client on a personal shopping experience to find the perfect hat she had always dreamed of wearing.

Our first stop was the private atelier of British milliner Victoria Grant, renowned for creating beautiful and wonderfully innovative hats.

I had the pleasure of meeting Victoria several years ago, and it truly felt like fate that our paths crossed again. She is incredibly warm and thoughtful, taking the time to carefully consider every detail and helping each client find the perfect piece.

It was such a joy to try on a variety of hats to match the dress—and even more exciting to discover one that perfectly suited my client’s style, personality, and shape. We couldn’t have been happier with the result. ❤️

With the dress and hat now chosen, our personal shopping journey continued in search of the perfect accessories.

ロイヤルアスコットパッケージ
トーキングイメージでは、パッケージを２つご用意していますが、今回は土曜日パッケージをご紹介します。

ロイヤルアスコット前日は、衣装をレンタルされる方と一緒に受け取りに行き、ご試着いただきます。お身体にぴったり合うよう、スタイリングのアドバイスもさせていただきます。

その後は皆さまとウェルカムディナー。今年もロンドン最古のレストランで伝統のローストビーフを堪能しました。映画『007 スペクター』や『ダウントン・アビー』の撮影にも使われたお部屋でのお食事は、まさに英国ならではの特別な体験です。

さらに、映画『マイ・フェア・レディ』でロイヤルアスコットに出席したイライザが、花売りをしていた場所として知られるセント・ポール教会もすぐ近く、翌日への期待がますますアップ。

当日は、電車でアスコットへ向かいます。
駅はロイヤルアスコットへ向かう華やかな装いの人々であふれ、到着前から特別な一日が始まります。

アスコット競馬場に到着し、ロイヤルエンクロージャーへ足を踏み入れると、エレガントな装いの紳士淑女が迎えてくれます。格式高い雰囲気でありながら、皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、緊張も自然とほぐれていきます。
今年も、華やかで遊び心あふれる帽子を身に着けたミリナーのトレイシー・ローズさんが登場。明るい笑顔と個性的な帽子がとてもお似合いです。

会場では、爆発物探知犬のかわいらしいワンちゃんたちにも遭遇。私たちの安全を守ってくれてどうもありがとう。

今年は日本馬が2頭出走し、会場の盛り上がりもひときわ。レース観戦や馬券を楽しんだり、ロイヤルファミリーが馬車で入場されるのを見学したり、華やかなファッションに目を奪われたり、美味しいお食事やドリンクを楽しんだり、ギフトショップをのぞいたりと、楽しみ方は人それぞれです。

そして一日の締めくくりは、バンドスタンドを囲んで行われる名物の「王室式カラオケ」。
会場が一体となって歌う光景は、ロイヤルアスコットならではの感動的なフィナーレです。

長いようであっという間の一日を過ごした後は、夕食を楽しみ、お待ちしている専用車でロンドンのホテルまでお送りします。疲れた足をゆっくり伸ばしながら、余韻に浸っていただけます。

Let me introduce you to our Royal Ascot Saturday Package.

On the day before Royal Ascot, I will accompany guests who have reserved morning dress and top hats for collection. I will make sure everything fits perfectly and provide personal styling advice.

The day before the big day, we gather for our Welcome Dinner. We once again enjoyed a traditional roast beef dinner at London's oldest restaurant. Dining in the very room where scenes from Spectre and Downton Abbey were filmed is a wonderful way to immerse yourself in British history and culture. Just around the corner is St. Paul's Church in Covent Garden, famous as the place where Eliza Doolittle sold flowers before attending Royal Ascot in My Fair Lady. Visiting this historic spot only adds to the excitement for the following day's event.

On Saturday, we travel to Ascot by train. Even the journey is part of the experience, as the station is filled with elegantly dressed racegoers in their finest attire.

Upon arriving at Ascot Racecourse and entering the Royal Enclosure, you are immediately surrounded by beautifully dressed ladies and gentlemen. Although the setting is prestigious, everyone is remarkably friendly, and any nervousness quickly disappears.

This year, we were delighted to see milliner Tracey Rose once again, wearing one of her wonderfully creative hats. Her cheerful smile perfectly complements her vibrant designs.

We also met the adorable explosive detection dogs working hard to keep everyone safe. Thank you!

This year's racing was especially exciting, with two Japanese horses competing, adding even more anticipation and excitement for our guests.

Whether you enjoy placing a bet, watching the Royal Procession, admiring the spectacular fashion, sampling delicious food and drinks, or browsing the gift shops, there is something for everyone at Royal Ascot. The perfect finale to the day is gathering around the Bandstand for the famous Royal Ascot community sing-along. Guests of all ages join together to sing classic songs, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of the event.

Although the day feels wonderfully long, it passes in the blink of an eye. After dinner, our private limousine will be waiting to take you comfortably back to your hotel in London, allowing you to relax and reflect on a truly memorable experience.

For those seeking something even more special, we also offer the option of travelling to Ascot by traditional horse-drawn carriage.

Another year at the Royal Ascot!
Because this event proudly upholds more than 300 years of British tradition, the Royal Enclosure maintains a strict dress code. Gentlemen look wonderfully dapper in their top hats and morning suits, while ladies arrive in an array of elegant and beautifully individual outfits.

Despite the glamour and the sense of occasion—which can feel a little intimidating at first—everyone is remarkably warm, friendly, and cheerful.

Some come to enjoy the racing and fashion, others to catch a glimpse of the Royal Family. Many indulge in excellent food and drinks, while others join the Bandstand in singing at the top of their lungs.

What strikes me every year is that, although it is one of Britain’s most prestigious social occasions, it never feels stuffy or overly formal. Perhaps that is because it so perfectly reflects the British character: traditional yet relaxed, sophisticated yet approachable.

Hats, hats and more hats! Royal Ascot is the place to enjoy showing off the perfect hat for you! There is a strict dress code to attend the Royal Enclosure which also gives us the opportunity to look absolutely fabulous!
This year, all the guest badges were sold out in April which is a testament to the appeal of Royal Ascot.
