Why cacao?

For thousands of years, cacao has been shared in ceremony—not simply as a drink, but as a way of slowing down, becoming present, and connecting more deeply with ourselves and those around us.

Unlike stimulants that push the nervous system into overdrive, ceremonial cacao offers a gentler experience. Rich in naturally occurring compounds such as theobromine, it can create a feeling of warmth, openness and gentle alertness, making it an ideal companion for meditation, reflection and sound.

In ceremony, cacao isn’t about chasing an altered state. It’s about creating the conditions to listen more deeply.

Every experience is different, and cacao has a remarkable way of meeting each person exactly where they are.

Combined with a carefully guided sound journey, the experience becomes an invitation to soften, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. The vibrations of the instruments and the quiet intelligence of the cacao work together to support a space where nothing needs to be forced—only felt.

We use a rare ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from the top 1% of the world’s cacao production, chosen for its purity, quality and integrity.

If you’re longing for an evening to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, we’d love to welcome you.

🤎 Let your heart lead the way.

We are delighted to share our first 50-hour Dharma Yoga Training, led by Ambra Vallo Ambra Vallo , this November 2026.

Over the years, we’ve been honoured to share the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra at Indaba through regular Dharma Yoga classes and by welcoming Sri Dharma Mittra to London for special events. This training is a natural continuation of that journey, offering an opportunity to explore the depth of the Dharma Yoga tradition through dedicated study and practice.

Rooted in the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, it nurtures compassion, kindness and joy, inspiring us to live with greater awareness, purpose and freedom

We hope this training not only enriches your own practice, but also inspires those who wish to continue their studies and experience the opportunity to learn directly with Sri Dharma Mittra at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York.

Practice Dharma Yoga throughout the week at Indaba.
From 8 July to 19 August, Ambra will also be teaching every Wednesday at 6:30pm.

There are so many ways to explore the chakra system. What we love about this immersion with Kobi is its ability to bring together ancient yogic wisdom, psychology, breathwork, movement, and practical tools in a way that feels both accessible and deeply meaningful.

Over three days, you’ll be invited to explore the chakras not as abstract concepts, but as a living map for understanding your body, emotions, mind, energy, and the way you move through life.

This immersion offers a rare opportunity to learn from a teacher whose approach is both profoundly knowledgeable and deeply human.

A lifelong student and internationally respected teacher, Kobi weaves together yoga, psychology, philosophy, meditation, and healing into a deeply practical and transformative approach. After years of studying with some of the world’s leading teachers, he co-founded the renowned international school Vagabond Temple.

Each day explores the chakra system through interconnected physical, emotional, psychological, energetic, and spiritual dimensions, building towards a complete and practical understanding.

A body that is strong, mobile, and supported allows us to move through life with greater ease. Long before mobility became a fitness buzzword, Joseph Pilates recognised its importance, believing that the health of the spine and the freedom to move were closely connected to how youthful and vital we feel.

From next week, we’ll be introducing a new schedule of Pilates and Strength & Mobility classes at Indaba.

Guided by Deborah Liu Deborah Liu - Change Your Mindset/Body/Your Life Ina Yordanova Ina and Dania Ruiz , each class has its own approach, yet all share a common intention: to help us build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence and awareness. Together, these practices support core stability, increase range of motion, develop resilience, and help create a body that feels strong, balanced, and capable in everyday life.

To celebrate the launch of the new schedule, all Pilates and Strength & Mobility classes will be available at a special introductory price for the first week:

£8 drop-in classes
From 29 June to 7 July

Simply walk in and pay on arrival, or contact our team to book in advance.

This is just the beginning, with additional Pilates and Strength & Mobility classes joining the schedule soon. Watch this space.

We look forward to moving with you.

Dharma Yoga Maha Sadhana is one of those rare opportunities to come together as a community and immerse ourselves in the deeper practices of yoga.

Guided by Emi Tull and rooted in the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, we’ll share an afternoon of pranayama, mantra, asana, deep relaxation, kirtan, and joyful practice.

At the centre of it all is kindness. Kindness towards ourselves, kindness towards others, and the recognition that yoga is about much more than what happens on the mat.

A space to practise together, open the heart, cultivate compassion, and remember why we practice.

One of the things we love most about Morning Flow and Power Hour is the stability they bring to our schedule.
Both classes are on at the same time everyday, Monday to Friday, bringing a steady rhythm for you all, week after week!

The time may be the same, but each of our teachers brings their own unique energy and perspective to the practice. Ben will be taking over these two slots from the wonderful Lucia and Allie, who have each helped shape these classes in their own way.

A familiar face for many around the studio, Ben has already become a valued part of our teaching team, bringing warmth, positivity, and a genuine love of sharing yoga. We’re excited to see him bring his own flair to these community favourites.

Practice with Ben on Wednesdays and Fridays. 💫

🧘‍♂️And for the next two weeks, Ben will also be covering Ina’s much loved Friday class, offering a soothing Vinyasa Flow that concludes with meditation and Yoga Nidra
Friday 19th - 6:30PM
