π― Maintain your operational space. Donβt step early. See the ball of the coaches foot and then make your decision β based on what the game gives you. Secondary action is to get extra reps. You can remove it and only add it for punches/parries that donβt leave the 18! Goodluck π§π½

π 3 Save Goalkeeper Fitness
π― Try to have the goalkeeper pause, even for a half second at each midpoint. This will force a second re-setting moment + create a bit more of a balance between reps that can be translated to game moments vs strictly fitness

π― I used multiple touches to force the GK to re-set before seeing the shot, testing his weight distribution and whether he could avoid losing his hips while recovering from different angles and distancesΒ
