If someone says to me they are busy and social I think this girls life would come to my mind 😂

She’s in a different country for work or seeing friends every time I talk to her, the biggest social butterfly 🤭

She has a high pressure, stressful job and has had some health conditions to navigate recently

She’s had so many things thrown her way and honestly she just keeps showing up and doing her best, rebuilding after the set backs

It’s taken some time to find some systems that work for her current lifestyle with nutrition when she’s here there and everywhere

But she’s put that work in to find the solutions, tried and tested different approaches and has cracked the code 🥳

Her wedding is coming up and she’s got the momentum going with her healthy habits ready to feel her best inside and out and let her incredible personality shine through!!

So why do we accept this voice from ourselves every day?

Feel like the biggest imposter in my life sometimes like how do I have a 2 year old and a business and a dog I’m just a kid?? 😂 (who is somehow over 30 and has been self employed for 6 years)

Anyone else ever feel like this?? It’s so weird like my brain has not caught up with my current identity, or perhaps my expectations were to feel super old right now and I don’t? Which is great I guess (other than a few days hanging out with people in their 20’s that brought me back to reality for a moment and made me realise I’m a millennial not gen z 😂)

Grateful for an amazing month filled with my favourite things (in no particular order, well maybe the chocolate is in a somewhat accurate position)
