On the track at Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre we deliver a free Couch to 5K programme in partnership with London Borough of Waltham Forest.

The sessions which take place on Saturday mornings involve walking, a variety of different pace jogging and lots of stretching.

Get fit, lose weight and feel good with our improved Weight Loss with Better programme.

Our weight loss plan combines weight management workshops, nutritional advice and physical activity alongside behaviour change techniques taught by our dedicated team of Health coaches.

The 12-week weight loss programme can be accessed via our self-referral portal, or via referral from your GP.

We are supporting 'Future Waltham Forest' a borough-wide conversation inviting residents and communities to share their hopes for the future of the borough. This will help write the council's Borough Plan, setting priorities for the next four years.

Thanks to our ongoing partnership with Felix we will be distributing free food for the community on Friday from 4pm. This takes place weekly during the summer holidays.
