Today is my birthday. š„³š¤
As a woman in her l40's Iāve never felt more comfortable in my own skin.
After years as a bikini competitor, I spent so much of my time picking my body apart, always chasing the next goal, the next level of lean or more muscle believing Iād be happier when I got there.
The greatest gift Iāve found hasnāt been a smaller waist a perfect body or a stage trophy. Itās peace.
Peace with my body. Peace with getting older. Peace with simply being me.
I rarely post modelling images now on my fitness account but this was my fav shoot from 2026 so far. Thank you Ang .creative. Modelling has helped me find peace with my body.

If getting older has taught me anything, itās that confidence doesnāt come from looking perfect. It comes from accepting yourself, looking after your health & your body, getting stronger, and living your life without worrying so much about what everyone else thinks.
Hereās to another year of strength, freedom, good health, and embracing every version of me. š¤

This client came to me feeling frustrated.
Sheād always been active, but despite her efforts she was gaining weight, struggling with stubborn fat around her middle, dealing with plantar fasciitis in both feet, and felt like nothing she was doing was working.
Iāve kept her identity private at her request, but sheās kindly allowed me to share her incredible results and testimonial. š¤
We didnāt look for another quick fix.
We focused on strength training, improving her nutrition, increasing daily movement, and building habits she could actually maintain.

Donāt wait until September to start feeling better. š¤
Iām absolutely loving being back to personal training.
Working in a small, private studio has reminded me why I fell in love with coaching in the first place. The chats, the laughs, the support, and most importantly⦠watching women become stronger, healthier and more confident every single week.
Seeing someone lift a weight they never thought they could, walk taller, have more energy, and start believing in themselves again is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
