Slow Waltz - Pursuing Perfection

Forget it - you can only strive to be a better version of yourself.

However, you can definitely work on precision of your movement, footwork and foot placement

You do not need to like the way I dance these basics with Pauline. Quite likely that this would not win us any titles.
We also don't train several times a week and yet, when we connect in motion - it's light, smooth and natural

There is a reason why Ballroom Dancers across the Globe practice Slow Foxtrot Basics over and over again.

It is the essence of swing and sway, and the beauty of conversation in motion between partners.

I am still believing that I can actually dance.

Ballroom Tango - Back to Basics

There is so much power in Tango basics. You can play with it, change rhythms and expressions. My absolute favourite dance.

And it is fantastic, when you dance with someone who also appreciates the old school approach to dance.

Pauline van Valkengoed and myself really enjoyed the last practice session - in the end she's multiple professional champion and I am a teacher with the highest qualifications and over 35 years of experience - so we now know, how to make this work well (Mike🎤 drop 🤣)

Come along to learn this beautiful dance. We are fortunate to always have a room full of fantastic, friendly people looking to have fun and a bit of banter too.

The Teacher is World Class too - might be teaching in shorts if it's too hot 😜🥵
