Astroturf pitch
The sand-based Astroturf pitch is available for football, hockey and multi-sports use. The facility can be floodlit and provides excellent playability. Applications for hire for casual and block bookings are accepted throughout the year. Sports HALL
The Sports Hall may be used for badminton (4 courts), basketball or netball (1 league court or 4 junior basketball / netball courts), indoor tennis (1 court), 5- a-side football (1 pitch) or volleyball (1 court). An electronic score board is available in the Sports Hall if required. Male and female changing rooms, showers and toilet facilities are also available. Dance Studio
The Dance Studio can be used for aerobics, martial arts, yoga and many dance-based activities. The floor is sprung to meet specifications and also has mirrored walls with support bars. Gymnasium and Climbing Wall
The Gymnasium is used for a variety of sports and is an excellent venue for Martial Arts and Circuit Training. It has a modern freeform climbing wall that offers a challenge to climbers of all ages and abilities. Use of the climbing wall is subject to terms & conditions. MUGA (Multi Sports Games Area)
At the ARA Community Sports Centre we have a 4 Tennis Court sized hard court MUGA area. This facility is not just for tennis and can hired for 5-a-side football, basketball, netball and general sporting activities.
