my facebook feed has become swamped by animal memes and snoopy cartoons… or worse.
what’s happened?
How do i get my old feed back? it’s intolerable. Wall to wall flower pictures are the worst of all

Finally a post from me - very late i know.
All mat classes are cancelled at the Royal Free and are unlikely to re-open.
I’m still teaching privately in peoples home maintaining full social distancing rules.

And my exciting news is that i’m training as a Kundalini Global teacher so another big amazing string to my bow in these challenging times

Long time no post....

Alas there will be no more Pilates and Somatics classes at the Royal Free. The only things that’s operational at the club is the socially distanced gym now in the big hall.

However i am still working privately... one to ones and one to two’s as long as your home has sufficient space for appropriate social distancing.

I very much miss teaching my group classes and miss all my clients who had been with me for such a long time.
