We currently run dedicated Judo sessions on:

**Tuesday:** 6:30pm – 8:00pm
**Friday:** 7:30pm – 9:00pm

These sessions are designed to accommodate a variety of experience levels. Beginners can learn fundamental techniques and movements, while more experienced judoka can continue developing their skills and work towards higher grades. Our structured classes ensure that everyone receives appropriate instruction and opportunities for progression.

One of the most unique aspects of our club is the broad age range of participants. We welcome beginners from the age of 6 right through to 77 years old.
