If you’ve been following us for a while and wondering, “Would I actually fit in there?”…
Have a look through these photos of our community ➡️
There’s no one type of person at EVO. Different ages, different backgrounds, different starting points, but everyone turns up, trains together, has a laugh and supports each other along the way.
You don’t need to be fit before you join.
You don’t need to have your routine sorted.
And you definitely don’t need to know exactly what you’re doing.
You just need to start.
We’ll meet you where you’re at now and help you build from there.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us for a while, head to the link in our bio and book a call 🔗

⭐️ WINS OF THE WEEK ⭐️
Just a few of the amazing wins our EVO members have shared this week 👏
Because progress isn’t just about what happens in the gym — it’s about getting stronger, feeling better, building confidence and celebrating the wins along the way 💪
At EVO, we celebrate every win together. You don’t get that everywhere.

“Left to my own devices, I’m too lazy and I won’t do it.”
If that sounds like you, you’re not alone. It’s one of the most honest things a member has ever told us, and it’s exactly why “I’ll start Monday” so rarely turns into actually starting.
Here’s the part people don’t think about: the real cost isn’t the monthly price of a gym. It’s paying for something every month and never walking through the door. One of our members put it perfectly: “It’s an investment in my health. The cost per session is minimal, really.”
A membership you don’t use is money spent on nothing. A session in the diary, with a coach expecting you and something you’ve actually committed to, is money spent on your health.
If you’ve told yourself “I’ll start Monday” more than once, this is the sign to stop planning and start investing in it properly.

Most people expect a gym to feel like something they have to push through. Unfamiliar faces, people who just put their head down and get on with their workout, an atmosphere you don’t quite belong to yet.
That’s not what our members at EVO tell us they found here.
The community is what makes people stay long after the novelty of “starting” wears off. Structure gets you in the door. The people are why you keep coming back.
If that’s the thing that’s been putting you off, this is the sign to stop assuming and come see for yourself.

So many of our members have come to us through a referral: someone who wouldn't stop talking about Evolution, or someone who wanted to introduce their partner and train alongside them too.
And more often than not, those people end up staying, and loving EVO.
Which is why we're doing a Bring a Buddy Week.
24th–28th August: members can bring a friend to train with them, completely free, in select PT sessions.
Swipe through to see how it works.
Members, check your emails to get your friend on the gym floor.
Not a member yet? We've got 5 spaces for people ready to start their own fitness journey too. Message us "Buddy" and we'll be in touch.

“I sat on the fence for like two years myself, and I just wish I’d started sooner.”
Two years of running. 20kg down, but stuck in the same place, fit, but not strong, and not getting any faster no matter how far he went.
He didn’t wait for a quieter month or the “right” time. He just walked in, showed up, and let a coach tell him what to do.
Now: fitter, stronger, happier, and with something outside of work and parenting that’s entirely his own.
His words, not ours: “It’s added a whole other dimension to my fitness, mentally and physically. It’s been an unbelievably positive experience.”
If you’ve been sitting on the same fence, this is your sign. Book a free discovery call, link in bio, and let’s build a plan around your life as it is today🔗
