Thank you, Manor London! 👏
We are incredibly grateful to the entire MANOR community for raising over £3,000 for Access Sport, through their recent Underground Ultra Challenge.
Over 12 hours, participants ran, rowed, skied and biked their way through an epic endurance challenge, all in support of making sport more inclusive for disadvantaged and disabled young people.
To everyone who took part, donated, volunteered and supported the challenge, thank you! Your energy, determination and generosity were truly inspiring.
A special thanks to Lauren Sullivan who organised the amazing event!

Take our survey and help shape our next five-year strategy ➡️ bit.ly/4vWe3tj
Our current 'Stand for Inclusion' strategy comes to an end in 2027.
Over the past four years, it has driven significant growth, enabling us to increase the number of young people we support.
As we look ahead, we want to hear directly from the people who know our work best.
Together, we can shape the next chapter of Access Sport and ensure even more disabled and disadvantaged young people can access the life-changing benefits of community sport.

We launched our Annual Impact Report at a special networking event yesterday! 🎉
Bringing together our partners, and supporters, the evening celebrated a year in which we supported 40,909 disabled and disadvantaged young people to access inclusive community sport.
Hosted by our Trustee, Eniola Oyesanya, we heard insights from an incredible panel including Millie Hawes, Tom Gibbins and club Founder, Terry Cooper, reflecting on Access Sport’s impact over the last year.
The event also featured a second panel with Tanni Grey-Thompson, Adam Blaze, Tanya Rabin, focussing on tackling systemic inequalities for disabled people in sport across London.

“Look at me, I’m flying!” 🚴
Bristol was buzzing last Friday as Ignite Bristol brought together 120 young people for an uplifting multi-sport festival at Coombe Di**le Sports Complex!
With 43% attending for the first time, the event opened doors for so many to try new sports in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment – from BMX to laser shooting, delivered by amazing coaches and volunteers.
A special thanks to our incredible Ignite partners, the local clubs who delivered and the University of Bristol who helped create a day full of energy, smiles and new experiences.
A huge thank you to everyone who made the festival possible!

“This is the best day ever!” 🌟
Last week, we teamed up with Bankside Open Spaces Trust to deliver a two-day SEND multi-sport festival at Marlborough Sports Garden.
The event brought together 87 young people from 10 local primary and secondary schools to experience inclusive sport in the heart of London.
For many participants, it was their first time trying the sports on offer, and for some, even their first time feeling sand beneath their feet, making it a truly memorable experience.
A special thanks to Ballers Academy, SideOut, Disability Sports Coach (DSC) and Surrey Cricket Foundation for delivering such fantastic, inclusive activities.

Working alongside The FA, we are launching a new disability volunteering pathway in grassroots football.
Success will be measured not just in numbers, but through
➡️ A marked shift in perception and confidence for clubs
➡️ A clear increase in the quality of volunteer experiences
➡️ Feedback from disabled people on whether football is a welcoming and accessible space.
By combining forces with The FA, and benefitting from funding from the Premier League League we will strengthen disability inclusion in grassroots football and create real change for disabled young people across the country.
A big thanks to The FA and the Premier League for standing for inclusion and supporting this new programme - we can’t wait to get started!
