September is Su***de Awareness Month across the globe with today being World Su***de Prevention Day where charities, groups, individuals, and initiatives campaign to reduce deaths by su***de worldwide.
It may be a sunny day today but there are a lot of people in dark places.
If you're one of those people or know someone who may be in a dark place, please reach out.
This may seem obvious but after speaking to a Mental health professional who researched coroners reports of people who took their own life, found that in some cases they leave little clues with different people but don't usually disclose the full extent of their despair.
Stay close but Listen closer.
