What if a showroom had no physical boundaries?

Set across two contrasting locations - the shores of Miami Beach and the peaks of the Matterhorn - the Sky-Frame Virtual House demonstrates how the same architecture can transform completely depending on its surroundings.

Within a single, beautifully designed environment, visitors can explore Sky-Frame's products in context, switching between systems, interiors, views and locations to visualise different possibilities.

Where New York's instinct is often to build higher, the boutique, low-rise collection of five residences at 44 West 8th Street was designed to sit within its Greenwich Village surroundings rather than tower over them.

For our artists, the focus was on natural light, materiality and the relationship between the interiors and the building's architecture. The result is imagery that reflects the quiet sophistication of the development.

For The Lora, our brief was to capture not just the character of the residences but the lifestyle that they offer - creating imagery that reflects the warmth, craftmanship and everyday moments that will define living there.

As part of the wider masterplan, we also delivered a Interactive Finish Selector for the neighbouring condominium, The Knox, giving prospective buyers an intuitive way to explore interior finishes and personalise their future home.

We partnered with Helical plc across multiple planning stages of their over-station office development at Paddington, crafting visuals that brought the architectural ambition - and the future workplace at the heart of it - to life.

The project has since secured £220 million for delivery. A new chapter for Paddington and one we're proud to have been a part of.

Building on a longstanding partnership with Rocco Forte Hotels, The Boundary brought an instinctive understanding of the brand’s precision, warmth and understated refinement to this collaboration. A suite of carefully crafted CGIs captures the hotel’s modern elegance and timeless comfort, translating the spirit of The Carlton through visual storytelling that feels both authentic and unmistakably Milanese.
