Block/Rack Pulls is one best movements patterns.
I love doing block/rack pulls but been a while since I done them.
1st clip weight is 110kg for 5 reps
2nd clip weight is 150kg for 5 reps
I need to get back to that weight.

Just a dad getting stronger with each workout that comes and goes.
I am a big believer in that dads should be a role model to their kids and lead from the front.
I also believe that being strong,healthy and being able to run around with your kids is a key part of their development as I will rub off on them and they will start to follow you in your footsteps.
So dad’s being that strong and healthy dad for kids and wife.
