Never in my life did I imagine I could achieve this pose 😅 and although I’m definitely not encouraging you to go try this at home(not without knowledge & support at least) Do take this as a reminder to trust your teacher & trust your body. You’re capable of amazing things 🙌🏼

Always listen to your body, remove ego, never chase a posture & trust the process 🙏🏼
