On Tomorrow

A fun group session aimed for all levels and ages. Together Parents and their children will participate (optional) in exercises that focus on breathing, lengthening muscles and calming the body.

All equipment is provided, please wear comfortable clothes. No foot ware is required during the class. Please bring a warm jumper for our relaxation session.

During the session parents/guardians are required to stay on the premises and take full responsiblity of each child they bring.

If you feel your child may not be able to focus for the whole session please feel free to bring books, colouring and electrical devices. I just ask that head phones are used to allow minimal disruption to the class.

The instructor unfortunately has a dental problem.

Monday mornings class (Hurst Village Hall) needs to run slightly earlier.
9:15am -10:15am

The instructor needs an emergency dental appointment 😲. Don’t worry if you are late or can only arrive at the normal time as I know the traffic can be bad. I will make the time back up with you when I return on the 15th 😊 x

Just an update. I’m back teaching the week commencing Monday 15th October. It will be great to see you all again x
