Our team - Square 1 - at UDO Worlds 2026 🔥💪🏻💛

What a 5 days this was! So proud that these guys qualified and had the privilege of dancing on these huge, amazing stages in front of thousands from across the World! Our 1st team to ever do so. They didn't place or even make the finals - but it really doesn't matter! 💯🥳

They were in the under 16 beginner category, with the majority of their members 12 and under, and the smallest group up there in terms of numbers on stage 😅 but they went out there with confidence and full support for each other and gave it their absolute best shot.

They've spent months attending comps and training without me, have had a team member leave and had to rework the piece, then rework it again as we had a dancer with a fractured collarbone, then another injured her hamstring and one got stuck abroad in between. It's been a year, but what an amazing way to end the season! Proud of every single one of them for this HUGE achievement 🥰

Our adults rose to the challenge this week! 🔥💃

We upped the pace slightly and done a trickier combo 💪🏻

✅️ Feeling challenged in a good way
✅️ Everyone relaxing and being themselves

Class takes place every Monday 6-7pm at the Oaktree centre in Acton (Opposite Cody studio)

It's FREE and for women only!

Suitable for ages 15-55+ (no upper age limit)

Fully inclusive, we even have chairs if you can only exercise sitting down - don't be afraid to join us! 🙌🏻

A really important beginner foundation footwork step in Breakin' which teaches core movement skills such as weight transfer, co-ordination, rhythm, flow and floor control. It sets dancers up for more complex footwork patterns later on, and allows them to get creative and play with their footwork confidently through freestyle too 😎
