So thankful for all these smiley faces (and many more not in these pics) who have attended my Pilates and Barre classes this year.
Different ages, nationalities and fitness levels.
Friendships have been made, fun has been had and progress has been made.
What’s more to ask for?!

It’s moments like these that remind us that our Pilates group is about so much more than exercise—it’s about friendship, community, and enjoying time together.

It is fun, high energy and full body movement.
It is stress relieving and energizing too.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
