Last night’s Find Your Rhythm: The Female Cycle event was everything we hoped it would be and more. 💫 We had an incredible turnout of women coming together to learn, connect and better understand the different transitions we experience throughout our lives. We explored: ✨ PCOS ✨ Perimenopause Menopause and hormonal changes ✨ The menstrual cycle and the many phases of womanhood ✨ Nutrition and lifestyle support for hormone balance ✨ Meditation and movement to restore and recalibrate There was so much openness in the room, so many thoughtful questions, and a real sense of connection between women supporting women. 💛 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, to the expert speakers from Seed Wellness, and to Sweaty Betty Muswell Hill for hosting such a beautiful evening.
