Somewhere along the way, we’ve forgotten how to slow down.
We’ve become so used to being busy that resting can almost feel uncomfortable. We tell ourselves we’ll slow down when everything is done. But somehow, there is always one more thing.
That’s one of the reasons I created The Noble Retreat.
Yes, there’ll be yoga. But this isn’t about perfect poses or trying to become a different version of yourself.
It’s about creating the space to listen again.
To wake up without rushing.
To move your body because it feels good, not because you think you should.
To eat nourishing food, spend time in nature, share meaningful conversations, enjoy moments of silence, and watch the sun rise over the mountains and set over the sea.
I truly believe our bodies know what we need. The challenge is that life has become so noisy, we often struggle to hear them.
Maybe we don’t need another wellness trend.
Maybe we just need the time and space to pause.
If you’ve been longing for a week where you don’t have to be anything other than yourself, perhaps this is the invitation you’ve been waiting for.
I’d love to welcome you to Andalusia this October.

Yesterday was a reminder of the power of connection.
Writing is often something we do on our own, so spending the afternoon with a room full of women authors felt really special. Every book represented someone’s story, their experiences and the courage to finally say, “I’m ready to share this.”
One of the things I loved most was the generosity in the room. There was no comparing, no competing, just women genuinely interested in each other’s journeys and cheering each other on. We need more of that.
As someone with a new book, Demystifying Yoga, coming out next month, it was also a lovely reminder that every book has its own place and its own readers.
A huge thank you to Lauren Currie OBE | Founder | CEO | Speaker 🏴 and Anne Stark Ditmeyer for bringing us together, and to all the wonderful authors I had the pleasure of meeting.
I left with a full heart, a growing reading list and a renewed appreciation for what can happen when people come together. 🙏🏾❤️

Happy Place, you were such a joy!!
It was such a pleasure to be back again.
It was wonderful to see so many people come together to move, breathe and simply take a little time for themselves.
One of my favourite parts of the weekend was reconnecting with old friends, making some new ones and sharing so many lovely conversations along the way.
Thank you to everyone who came to practise with me and to the incredible Fearne and Happy Place Team for another wonderful festival.
See you in September! ❤️
