50F Camberwell/Lambeth Squadron Royal Air Force Cadets

We are recruiting.

This weekend saw 8 of our cadets go away to Crowborough for the anual Inness Sword Competition.
The Competition consists of the following disciplins:
22 Rifle Shooting; A stretcher run, An obsticle course; Navigation exercise; Leadership exercise; First Aid; Drill; Observation and Archery.
Saturday Night is a social event, where all taking part have the oppertunity to meet all cadets taking part and make new friends.

On Monday 11th March and Wednesday 13th March 2019 50F Squadron RAF Air Cadets were visited by our Sister Squadron 862 Royal Canadian Air Cadets. who presented 50F with a plack celebrating our bond.
It took 2 years in the planning, between F/S O'Sullivan (50F) and Capt Graystone (862)

Sunday 17th February 2019. Saw 4 of our Cadets attend the London and South East Region Annual Service of Thanksgiving and Dedication at The Central RAF Church, St Clement Danes. This is one of the largest parades that the RAF Air Cadets carries out in London.

On Thurday 1st November London Poppy Day. F/S Porteros, Cpl Acosta and Cdt Guarman Assisted in the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. They carried out their duties in a respectful and dilligant way and were courteious and polite. They met an MP from Gillingham, Madame Mayor of Southwark and a good friend of F/S O'Sullivan, Mr Langthorn, who also volunteered to help.
The Girls worked like troupers. Collecting the fantastic sum of £578.24. They Thouroughly enjoyed themselves.
Volunteering to return in 2019.
Cadet Guarman was soo impressive my wife said that Lord Sugar better watch out.

Go 50F

On Saturday 8th Sept. Mr Asadian escorted a number of Cadets to the London Wing Swimming Competition. Where the Junior Boys came 3rd (Cadets Lawrence Maxim, Lawrence Myles, Cpl Porteros & Cadet Diabagate)Cadet Myles Lawrence Also came second in his race getting a silver medal.

On Monday 3rd September saw 4 on our Cadets get promoted to Corporal through hard work and dedication since joining. Well Done to Cpl French, Cpl Porteros, Cpl Porteros and Cpl Rojas.
