Clapton Community FC - East London's 100% fan-owned, members run football club Clapton Community FC, aka Clapton CFC, was formed in February 2018.
Clapton CFC is entirely owned and run by its members, and the club owns the Old Spotted Dog Ground in Forest Gate, East London, the oldest senior football ground in the capital.

A really tough defeat to take after playing so well despite having no specialist goalkeeper and just one sub for this Bank Holiday game.
Clapton equalised through Vee Hayward's goal in the first half and looked the more likely to edge it in the second half but the home side won it late on.

Our women’s first team is still trialling goalkeepers. We can offer you dedicated goalkeeper training with Jack Francis, member of the Fulham Academy goalkeeper training staff, every week. We know that GKs are in high demand — so if you’re an academy player or a backup who wants to get minutes on a Sunday, our doors are open! Even if you can’t train with us.

An extremely entertaining game against Hutton FC despite the goalless scoreline.
Clapton were down to ten players in the first half after Junia Charlton was given a straight red.
But that didn't stop the momentum much and CCFC should really have won it, not least from a missed penalty plus a series of spectacular saves from the visiting keeper.
The first point and clean sheet of the Step 5 era though 👏

It's defeat for the Clapton CFC Women's First Team in the first home game of the season.
Nil-nil until the last 10 minutes with big chances at both ends, Actonians Res eventually took the lead from a floated free-kick and then wrapped it up with an injury time penalty.
A weekend of home defeats where both visitors took their chances and CCFC didn't 😢
