A matrix of stories I could have told in this lifetime
That's the beauty of choice & the juxtaposition of kismat (Sanskrit for fate or destiny)
But the life I live today is the one i talk about. My choice to

✨shift out of survival
✨become stronger than I was
✨change my environment
✨surround myself with unique people
✨take risks
✨lean into my shadows
Never ending list

Have I been happy with every choice?

Once, I would have said 'yes’ to 70% of them, whether they were out of my control or not

But over the last 4 years, I have chosen to deepen my healing to finally answer with ‘yes’ to 90% - a jump I never imagined

While I continue to love every part of my past, present & future & my inner and outer world, that 5% will almost fade away

I believe that, as your coach, I want to be open and honest as there's always something surfacing. Healing is lifelong, not 1 time or an end goal

The different challenges, exciting moments & adventures, make me the person I am today
