Congratulations to Bertie on taking her Advanced Foundation exam at RAD HQ earlier this week. 💫

We are so proud of you - your commitment, effort and application. 😊🌟

Bertie was keen to take this exam before heading to University next month. Exciting times ahead for her as she embarks on her sports science course at Oxford Brookes. 🙌🏻

Congratulations to Bella who danced her ballet solo so beautifully which earned her 2nd place at the new Studio to Stage Events Dance Festival. 🩰🌟

Bella also thoroughly enjoyed her masterclass with Mica Bradbury earlier in the day.

NEW CLASSES COMING SOON! ✨

We’re excited to announce that we’re expanding our timetable with Modern, Jazz/Musical Theatre, Tap and Contemporary classes for younger age groups starting in September in a range of venues across Brighton and Hove!

Perfect for younger children who want to develop their confidence, musicality, strength and performance skills.

Our classes will nurture your child’s imagination and self-expression while developing the important foundations of technique. And they are lots of fun to take part in and a great place to make new friends!

Alta Academy of Dance offers classes from pre-school age to adults taught by qualified, passionate and experienced teachers. LATE SUMMER DANCE WORKSHOPS ARE HERE! ☀️🩰

Looking for something to keep your child entertained? Why not join one of our late summer dance workshops? Join us for a half day of fun, combining dance technique and learning excerpts from popular Musicals.

💰A single workshop is £30 or £75 if attending all three

The term ended on a high with our Alice in Wonderland show. 🧑‍🩰

It was also a very emotional time saying goodbye to our students, some of whom are about to enter further vocational dance training at the school of their dreams, some who are off to university to embark on their exciting courses and others moving abroad to start work.

We wish you all the very best in your chosen paths. It has been a joy and honour to have taught you and watch you develop not only as dancers but wonderful young people. We we are immensely proud of everything you have achieved. 🌟

You are now proud Alta Academy of Dance alumni! 🧑‍🎓
We will miss you all but we can’t wait to see what your future holds. ❤️🥰

Congratulations to Ella and Zak for their successful audition earlier this year to join the National Youth Ballet’s 2026 Senior Performance Company.

They are currently having a fabulous week on their summer residential.

We can’t wait to see you both perform at the Sadlers Wells Gala on 5th September. 😊
