Our retreats are always a balance of wellness, relaxation and holiday fun! This one was definitely more on the “holiday fun” side 🤪 - focussed on getting out and about and enjoying what the beautiful local surroundings had to offer. 😍

And of course we had plenty of yoga, meditation and quiet time at the stunning to balance it out. 🙏

I think about this concept a lot. 🙏

We never realise how good things are until they are in the past. ✨

Sometimes I try and imagine an older version of me looking back at this moment right now with the benefit of hindsight - it completely shifts the perspective and reminds me that there is always so much to be grateful for. 🙏

So make the most of today - you are living in the future good old days. ☺️

What a pleasure and joy to be a part of the beautiful Rooted Festival last weekend! 🥹🙏 Thank you so much for having me Kordia Events 🤍

I ran 2 sessions in the gorgeous Wellness Tipi -
a vinyasa flow yoga session and a sound bath. ✨ We had such a wonderful turn out with people spilling out of the tent! Huge thank you to all the lovely guests who joined us. 🥰

And even bigger thank you to Olivia and Henry for organising such a magical event and to Neigh the incredible animal sanctuary (hence the donkeys) for allowing to use this precious land - those sunsets!!! 😍
