Mindfulness and playfulness are in many ways, two peas in the same pod. When we begin to take a step back, we see that many of the things we are flustered about are not worth our seriousness. This is the art of playfulness.

For most of us, the weekend is the perfect time to be spontaneous. Let's take this opportunity to express our joy and good will.
